O-RANGE--My take

ORANGE – MY TAKE

Last week went to Orange movie just for TP …as I had nothing to do and was getting bored in my room. Spent 90/- in a bekaar theatre and was just praying that the movie is watchable enough but Guess what I loved the movie in and out! Yep it’s a fresh new movie which is totally apart from all the lovvy-- dovvy mushy stuff usually showed in all typical tolly or bolly movies…Like hero heroine meet a first crush song.. one rain song…Some comedy in the midst of all this which is not at all linked to the story line of the movie and then one fight which disobeys all the laws of physics :P if there is some twist in that love story that is mostly the entry of another heroine ( A triangle love story) and so on so forth routine stuff…..ORANGE is different from all such movies . It showed a new true angle of a relation …Where its sweet in the first little less sweet later….Routine little later..may be bitter at the end. I always had this feeling that most of the relations not only LOVE between Lovers but many relations are nice afresh ..its like so far so good types! The more you know the person and the more attached You get to him or her the more charm is lost in the relation. MARK MY WORDS its not with every one and any one but it happens generally. This was my perspective always and this movie justified it and it’s a good feel to see facts of a LOVE LIFE for the first time ..by not seeing always the wonderful fairy tale part! So in the movie our Hero is undoubtedly a cute cupid boy who can attract women in Nano seconds but the relation doesn’t stand long as he has some or the other problem with every girl he meets.. So he doesn’t believe in a forever relation but insists the girl and invites her in to a short and sweet relation(Well this part is quite confusing and many wont accept it :)) Here we can argue why cant he stay like a WOMEN Hater !! but kya kare women are so charming that our lover boy cant resist them…he will love them but not forever…and his love for that short and sweet period will be immense and unique from others :) so women also cant resist him :P…but Women are sensitive….So they want him to cling with them forever but he is not the kind so he has many break ups!!he has some 9 failure love stories…

But the reason for these failures is one long love story in the past where he loves a girl immensely in his grad days and goes for her to Bombay to propose and believes his life is going to be wonderful ..but the reality has some thing else in store. The girl turns possessive and cant even digest Smses from his friends!!(OFCOURSE the friend here is a girl) ..Day by day our hero who is full of life changes a bit and starts even lying to her just to make her happy.. One fine day he realizes he is losing him self in all this chakkar and tells her that he is unsure about having a life long relation with her…so breaks up and since then even if he is attracted to any girl he doesn’t have any future plans with them and makes it clear to them in the beginning of relation it self…Women fall for him but then hate him for leaving them…So our Genny darling comes in the last. Her number is 10 ! and she is too much of a baby doll who loves her fantasy world..and is crazy about having a LIFE LONG love story but its her bad that she meets hero ram who shows life in a new angle to her and makes her think a lottt on Love life and relations…. The finishing of movie is also nice though the concept is a bit confusing . The moral of the story is YES LOVE vanishes day by day but you need to make efforts for its revival and some times may be you need to kill your self LOVE to express your love to your MR. Or Miss Right or make her happy!!! The comedy is too good and spontaneous….Brahmi’s jokes in the beginning were little confusing but later as the movie picked up they Were LOL worthy!...he is a person who loves love storys but hates this genelias strange love story !!! The way he tells to genny “OH what a painful love story !:)” Just got me….I laughed loud :P I WONT narrate the whole story here :) its good to go and watch….

There are many more hilarious tit bits for which YOU GOTTA GO AND WATCH Movie…. With friends / cousins preferably of ur age as Your parents may or may not like the movie!!!
Plusses

1.) Costumes---wowww : They were just wow.. they made Ram look more handsome. I wish he was little more tall :) but shorter bhi chalega

2.) Ram charans acting skills…yes There is a clear 5X improvement in his performance compared to chirutha and magadheera.. He lived up to the mark in emotional, comedy , and even angry scenes!! Liked him most in this movie

3.) Genelias paagal pan…As always she lived in it…but there is some 10X improvement in her paagal panti which was not much needed :)

4.) Prabhu….Dont know why but I always like prabhu in the dad role (even in darling movie he was a cute dad )

5.) Graffiti : : One will definitely accept after watching the movie that the graffiti hobby of Ram and all the colors (even the fight)added more color to orange :)
6.) SONGS : how can I forget songs.. Music is heart to the movie.. I loved all the songs.. Not to mention Sydney nagaram……..O-range is my most fav feet tapping song after watching movie :)
7.) Brahmi : No points to guess why we all love him :)

8.) Rams friends circle and the ashtachamma’s actor !! They suited correctly The funniest scene is Rams friend saying :
Love means : 4 lies , 3 smses , 2 pathetic jokes and one rose flower…hahahaha ! I can say this is my most fav scene!

9.)Genelia’s Hip hop Yo Yo scene :) I wont describe it. So go and watch
10.) Last but not the least-------- I felt each and every role small and big suited the person very aptly like Mahesh babus sis playing ram’s didi, her husband, nagababu ,gennys mom and dad…so on so forth

Minuses
1.) Gennys MAKE UP : Its yucky..it was too much and she looked like some too fair baby doll.

2.) Removal of Ram’s moustache just because he is a student!! I didn’t like him with out moustache but ya it was funny :)

3.) The movie totally showed that girls being possessive may lead to problems in many love stories where boys are forced to lie or sacrifice some of their good old hobbies/habits at times but what about boys??????? How will they react if their girl friends get an sms from an age old friend—a boy!! I Don’t think they too react nicely (though not all)…Some Boys equally get possessive like Some girls so may be that part should also be shown may be in orange-2 :P

4.) Girls believe too fastly and fall for lies—YES but as not all girls are senseless atleast one sensible girl should have been shown..Even Ram pulls gennys leg telling YOU CANT DECIDE for your self…..but ya world is not full of senseless or possessive girls… :) On a lighter note Girls with too much of sense don’t fall in love ;)

That’s all Friends. I wont try to find too many flaws in the movie as I loved it!

I would say its must watch with friends

My rating is : 4/5 : I have cut that 1 for gennys make up and one or two PJS :)
And lastly the title is not Orange (fruit) its O-RANGE…(O in telugu means A).which I guess means Love story with a different range!! I could decode the title only when I heard the song O-range :)

KOMARAM Puli review

Saw this most awaited movie by all telugu janam on the Eid/vinayaka chaviti day and it took a day for me to come out of trauma or coma whatever… The situation was like Where am I who am I? and why am I watching this movie!! Power star power star!! Why is this song made :)

Amma talle normuyave I wanted to tell the same to the heroine Nikheesha patel who had characteristics to make boys ogle at her and nothing greater than that..When ever she came on screen. I got the feel that rakhi sawant can do much better. It would have been a grt comedy show atleast. She with her thick kaajal and meagre clothes was no less than a item girl. And Shreya! God knows y she appeared in the movie firstly. The scenes were so vague and story line so baseless that in intermission I went out and purposely returned very late ..Rest of the GVK mall was much better .Shreya comes in a item song by seeing which my bro who likes her got really pissed off :)and then she is with the bad boy team (manoj bajpai) then suddenly she calls up the Puli team (good boy team) and says she is x police man Hussains GF . (To be noted Hussain is killed by manoj) ….Next moment she dies by hit and run accident . Weather she is really manojs girl ..hussains girl or a mental girl!! God knows:)

It’s a open question to the viewers!!So sreya appears and disappears soon after the ph call to puli. PULI the name itself is so comical. The serious storyline is absorbed by the very name of the HERO!! I heard komaram scenes got absorbed after some agitated folks raised voice against it….THANK GOD and thanks to them for raising an agitation …..Pavan kalyan was for sure looking good with broad moustache …The manly look which again got absorbed by his “ KHUSHI “ style of walk in black commando dress (LOL ) I still cant resist my laugh on remembering this…and one more funny thing is the other police officers in puli team standing still like statues when ever our puli is resolving a case or watching monitors…I was continuously jeering at that scene so was the whole theatre :D:D …they come in to senses when our puli calls them ..if he calls“dilip” ...... he is out of coma and responds yes sir :)

Puli is ready for prajarajyam campaigning all over the movie… A police dies ..HE is ready with a Loooooong baseless speech for prajarajyam.. He gets a bravery award ...he is ready for campaigning again. Given a chance he campaigned making the audience bang their heads cursing their partners who believed its gonna be a good watch and spent 150/- per head…..

Pulis mother’s over agitated and over emotional dialogues also didn’t help. She is the same lady who acted in Vedam ….She was so good in it (she is the one who comes along with her father in law to sell kidney in hyd and get some money) ..One dialogue which made me laugh my A** off was “Meerandaru taravatha policulu ra “ vadalantivadu kadu :” (which means U r are Polices Little late..my son is not like that ) I racked my brain to understand IT!! Then I realized when pavan is in her womb she teaches him to march LEFT RIGHT LEFT RIGHT….this was the moment when I laughed LOUD In the theatre and every one in the front row…turned around to have a look at me and they too laughed…. So this puli who is police even before birth can even do special stunts ….I think these special stunts only made his delivery easy…. U KNO WHAT he is born in the river ….when his mother is hiding from manoj bajpai and co… running away from them..as they are after her after killing her husband who is a police… puli is born in the river it self…IT’S A MIRACLE…….like some 8^th wonder…………..:-o she lifts him and looks at his face too----- Umbilical cord still attached:-P…

But remember folks its puli who is born and pulis mother who gave birth so both r saved!! They are safe…and next scene is grown up puli saving girish kannad in bangkok or some where where he jumps from one building to the other better than the spider man… I guess director wanted to show him a super natural kid with some abnormal powers !! Puli is against love and wedding….(Very sensible right or else the kids also will be abnormal ;)) but then nikheesha with her jet black kaajal ( I wonder how she was able to see) attracts the mother and the boy and manages getting married to him (My condolences are with puli or the girl am not sure)!!! Puli is after Manoj ..he manages resolving the case in midst of so many confusions like shreya getting killed ….and dilip (police) being from manojs team..There is some Nixon around whom the story revolves…but then very vague twists and turns show Nixon is finally DILIP..That was only revelation which was little not so expected …Finally in climax puli manages showing the real colors of manoj by some secret camera on CNN bbc and all over the world !! and traps him……Finally when movie ended I wanted to come out ….and get the movie outta my head …and relax…..it took nearly a day and half to come out of puli trauma …..(Not to mention after a couple of tea breaks(to get rid of headache) and some nice book reading)

Komaram in the title was objected by the pratyeka Telangana fighters though it appears on posters and every where…The only masala which is added to the movie is KOMARAM being striked out or white washed on some posters in some galli theatres

So folks BEWARE Of this movie..dont waste your money on multiplexes atleast..If you are a die hard fan of pavan and WANT To see it…watch in a theatre where ticket ranges from 35—50/-

Seems Ar. Rahman was also forced to give music to the movie….and the songs seems as if he did it with lotta disinterest :-)

PS1 : DO NOT Watch in multiplexes

PS2: I hope pavan doesn’t become one more balayya and just entertains us with khushi kind movies which suit him a lot

PS3: FOR gods sake nikheesha patel has to be banned from telugu industry.. One more patel came yrs back…amisha patel who was far better

PS4: am confessing one thing.. SOme how i liked the song amma tallle normuyaaaaaave Noti Mutyaal Jaaarneeyake;) (which means hey girl ...just shut up don’t let the pearl like words get wasted)

The Muggle Traffic :-)

How I wish We were not muggles but were of magical blood and knew few magical tricks like flying on the broom, using floo powder to travel or learn apparition etc etc to travel from one place to another rather than using these heavy vehicles which leave jets of smoke and spoil the green earth. For those who are pure muggles (NON magical folks) and those who never read harrypotter flying, flooo powder are all the techniques in harry potter which magicians use to travel from one place to another. Atleast a flying car a motorbike with wings will do. But alas these fastest easiest and pollution free magical techniques are just fantasies ...Its not medieval age either to have chariots driven by horses or use animal transport which is pollution free and deadly slow. In this quick and fast modes of life to have pollution and traffic free travels..few techniques which came to my mind..rather few amendments to the actually existing techniques are like below

Staying in Hyderabad i daily witness the terrific traffic jam in many areas. Especially when it rains you can see torrents of water running through gutters resembling a river with high currents !i was stuck in a traffic recently from 8 PM to 11 PM in night which is actually a 45min long drive. TRAFFIC JAM is the biggest challenge in most of the cities in india. Neither the fly overs nor the traffic police are able to resolve it and they are not able to control the people who never bother to follow traffic rules. Few measures which can reduce the over flowing traffic are like below. Some can be implemented as pollution preventing green initiatives ...and Some have just come as a thought to my crazy TRAFFIC BOTHERED brain so please bear with it

· First and foremost idea is car pooling or car sharing. This actually is not an innovating technology or amendment to the existing but i just wanna state it here as its a great initiative started by many folks here in the city. Especially its useful when many start in a company simultaneously. Instead of a single person driving an individual car if 4-5 people travel in the same car, the traffic jam and the pollution level can be immensely reduced and if there is a jam it would be interesting to have a neighbour rather than having long mobile convo while driving which may again lead to a fine of some 500/-

A cable car or a rope car usage in which the journey is actually with the help of Ariel from one place to another. Cable cars are used in countries like Italy and places like Singapore also as a major transport . Well the cost of maintenance and the arrangement of harbours for this means of transport is definitely a herculean task in countries like india. I don’t know the feasibility of the implementation of this idea but i definitely feel it can reduce the traffic and pollution too

and now this very option is for the Rich CEOS of india who actually own a charter flight and use the same every time they travel in the city..like our mukesh ambani. People who can afford to buy helicopters or travelling in them can actually use them trying to reduce the traffic down on the roads :) Air traffic is not a major problem till date. We never know how it will be if the usage increases!!

Sub- ways : i always feel sub ways can help a lot along with fly overs in diverting and controlling the traffic.If there is a possibility of constructing as many sub ways (underground roads) as there are fly overs then we can divert and control traffic to some extent. The subways should atleast be there connecting the HEAVY TRAFFIC prone areas of the city where atleast heavy vehicles can divert and save the jam

Metro rail is already started in india in places like delhi. I hope many more metro rails come in operation even in places like hyd and a hard and fast rule should be started that on so and so road (where there are frequent jams) public should use the rail to reach their destination but not their own vehicles or bikes. I hope it cant be implemented over night but hoping to see such rule to be followed by atleast 50% of population who care about mother earth!

· There is one more crazy idea which i got actually after watching a vedio on You tube which am sharing here with you . How cool it will be if some one has to do a water slide just to jump in to the swimming pool at their home just like in the vedio below using a long pipe line ;). A slide filled with fun which will even burn your calories which other wise you wont do in your mundane day long stationary job where physical movement is 0. I loved this craziest idea but for implementing it you first need to have a rich home with a swimming pool :-)so its a open question if this can actually happen :P :P!! Njoy the vedio below frnds!

And the crazy ideas like flying motor bikes , brooms or flying carpets and travelling through chimneys go on in my head when ever am stuck in traffic jam and when ever I see 3-4 fat innovas Fighting to overtake in the midst of heavy traffic

Hoping to see atleast one feasible idea to be implemented like the rope cars or sub ways and traffic is controlled and inturn the pollution and greenery is retained on earth !!

Tum Ho kamaal tum bemisaal tum laajawaab ho aisha ............;)

Aisha was the most sensitive yet tough girl in the class..Keeping things to her self not mingling with many. She had a very small circle of friends...with whom she used to share only few things...We can say her life was routine and monotonous .Morning 8:30 Breakfast, then classes..Lunch break...then back to hostel....there were one or two good friends with whom she used to spend time...She wanted to have a large circle of friends..like few had in her college..a Fun TO BE WITH group with whom she can go out...do loads of shopping..watch movies..plan trips!!but ya she was so shy and so reserved that she never entered a Fundoo—jolly group....Getting high grades..presenting papers....being part of work shops, seminars,,,was her routine.. when Fun with friends comes to picture...she was a step behind every one...dont know what used to pull her back :-o?! People used to get inspired by her...some used to praise her infront of every one...Only her ears went red and she used to blush pink ..Never was she able to thank any of them properly or show any sort of reaction. She was particularly NOT SO INTERESTED towards boys...well most of them ended up being flirts!! She believed....Interacting with them is not that needed! It will hamper her future...so she was happy in her small little world...But some rogues who were back seated always in the class and looked almost like rowdies were not so happy looking at her grades , success and she being so famous..They used to boo or laugh when ever she went on to dais for a seminar..or some vote of thanks speech..she never flinched. She was confident and good at speeches ! One day there was a Rose day in college....Every one brought the roses of different colors they favoured Some brought white for friendship...some yellow ..some red expressing love to their fav girls and facing rejections :P so on so forth!! Aisha never understood those colors and felt all this was silly !Some boys favoured aisha’s company but never dared to express any thing with a girl who shudders at a simple conversation...so they stayed indifferent. Aisha’s good friends Reema and sujata were absent that day.. She started feeling little wierd.It being the last day of the week..all were in light mood and entire afternoon they were enjoying playing different games antyakshari..dumb-c, truth or dare...what not!! Aisha started getting bored..she was desperate for a good company now!she managed playing but it was deprived of fun! Seeing all the pairs and few large friend groups... first time in her btech tenure she was feeling the urge to enter in a group or be a friend with a boy who can make her laugh through out...:-/ She felt strange why such a sudden desire......With lost thoughts she went to internet cafe in college to catch up with some of her old friends (though she lost touch with many). .The worst happened then... One of the same rogues who were not so happy with her wrote a horrible mail from a bogus id badboy@yahoo.co.uk . She opened wondering. What it might be having...It went on like this “Miss aisha...What do you think about your self...Some princess from heaven _#@)#@_#(_@ (beep ---it can be censored)....You never talk to any of the boys ...R u just very )@(#_@#_@ (beep)..........U will taste the mud..if we want....$)#()@)#@)@ (so many beeps) “ controlling her overflowing tears... She logged off and came back to hostel..she was crying all night.. she shared her plight with Reema in phone and divya in hostel who was her only hostel buddy !! she was wondering what did she do to get such a mail...Her whole semester was spoiled..she went to principal and complained on the whole rogue group as she was not sure who exactly did it !! the whole lot were suspended for 5days..but she was sure it was Govind the one who loathed her the most and he was shivering a lot when called to princie’s room!

So her hatred towards boys increased much more and her eagerness towards increasing the circumference of her circle of friends died ! but the other good lot of boys were angry on this act and were compassionate and liked her much more than before. Then one fine day she got a mail from another bogus id ...shivam.20@yahoo.co.in She wanted to delete..but no one actually can do that..so she opened and read and found out that the person wants to be her friend ...blah blah ..the routine mails which we get from unknowns..she sent the mail to TRASH. After a week again 2—3 mails ...few fwd mails with nice messages..again requesting her to be his friend...saying he already knows her..revealing her interests , fav color , book so on.. Surprised aisha still not so eager replied.. "I hate these online FRIENDSHIPS and wish to stay away from them..I wish you good luck with others and good bye". But shivam never failed trying..he kept on sending nice mails , messages , shahrukh khan posters which impressed aisha as to how he kept track of what all she liked :-o ....she was unable to track who it was.....slowly she got used to mails..she went every Sunday to net ...just to check his mails..and have long long conversations...soon she some how felt the Void she was facing in her Btech life got filled.............

She used to express her thoughts ambitions ..desires..her problems in class..even revealed about the bad boy! In no time they got very close...she was going for a 3month summer training to bangalore ...where she may have less access to Net! She informed the same to Shivam...and was missing him...The training helped her gain more new friends...few from girls ..few from Good lot of boys !:) Soon she raghu , Bhanu , manoj , ritika and vasu became a good fundoo batch..

she felt now her life is full of fun .Raghu was more close to her..concerned a lot about her..she also felt good about him !one day he asked aisha “Do u have any online friends ? “ then she remembered she almost forgot about shivam...With a perplexed face she replied “Yaaa! But why you suddenly asked “...He said “well i know shivam “ Aisha had butterflies in stomach..she asked who is it with anger in voice...Raghu said “my god! Don’t become red hot now .He is a nice person..i know him.."but aisha left the room as she was little irritated by the fact!..Then by next day Raghu said “Aisha! Dont know how you will feel about this..but Shivam is me...i had no guts to talk face to face with U ..that too after u had had a bad experience with some boy in the class..but at any cost wanted to be your friend so this step ..please don’t mind “

Aisha : “ I hate people who disguise wanting to be friends. I don’t like U! You are a bluff master...U didn’t reveal your true stuff! And i revealed every thing honestly !!”:(

Shivam : “but i was your friend yaar.. i was about to reveal and we came to training here..thought this is the right moment to strike “

Aisha : "Whatever i don’t want to talk to U!!

Shivam : Plz ...dont do this..i sent so many things you like na..even SRK posters

Aisha : AARGH!@)(#@(#)@ just go away..am not interested in talking to you

For next one week .....aisha was not in talking terms with raghu uraf shivam. ..Then she cooled down..but was not able to bond properly with him !HE gave friendship band which she reluctantly kept in her bag...yes aisha takes lot of time to get back to her self..or chill..The Final day of college came...By that time every one knew She spoke to raghu only coz he became shivam and he is just very very eager to bond with aisha. She felt some emptiness in her heart ..as she realised Its last day and they will never meet again.. she remembered how she didn’t answer all his calls...showed disinterest in his favours ! she was lot adamant ! but now she felt she was at loss ! ....Adding to the drama raghu was missing..he already left for his home town for some personal work ...and they couldn’t even meet after that as he left immediately after exams. and left to US a month after that...Ego ruled for a while .No one called each other. Being very new to orkut/FB .. which already started ruling peoples relations...she couldnt trace him there either !!!She felt its over-->their relation..she got busy with her job ! and almost forgot about raghu! Then nearly after a year and half she got a call from US!! Oh My Gawd! it was shivam...still the same..still full of life....1 and ½ year time was more than enough to chill out and forget about whatever it was... his disguise and those mails..it actually felt funny now :-) :-) They bonded up again...They never missed exchanging news, their happenings in life....It feels great to meet raghu uraf shivam and even other buddies in the group .... laugh Loud and share the olden—golden times even if it is yearly or rarely :)

penned down this one unforgettable thing in her diary and so she gained a good circle of friends at last though not a huge circle but a close knitted one.....Number of friends you make is always not important..But with whom you want to be friends is important !!and its better not to back off when one takes the first step ! and try taking first step too :-)

Time makes Memories slip away FROM MIND! but some memories MAKE TIME SLIP Away !! Those make LIFE "THE SWEETEST":-)

We are born to a Mom dad and we never choose our siblings...but god gave us a great chance to choose

friends !! so choose the BEST FOR U and rock on............

Special wish to all : One day a crab was running on sea shore !! A wave came and cleared footprints of crab, crab : "Being my friend Y r u clearing my beautiful foot prints ?!" wave replied : "A fox was following Ur footprints to catch u!! so i had to clear them off !" Friendship
